Valid Passport in good condition with at least 6 months of validity (Expiry) at the time of leaving Uruguayan territory.
Photocopy of the Passport.
Letter from the company, headquarters or public body in Uruguay that invites the applicant for the visa. It must be on the letterhead, signed by the responsible authority of the company, headquarters or public body. The letter must contain the personal data of the person in charge of the company that invites the applicant.
Photocopy of Identity document of the reference in Uruguay
Letter from the company for which the applicant works, indicating the company name and business profile. It must also include the position of the applicant.
Photocopy of the Identity document of reference in India
Travel ticket or ticket reservation (round trip);
